The Online Marketing Manager at Fios, Inc. plans, designs and executes effective digital programs that resonate with target audiences, drive response, and integrate with company and product strategies. The position requires cross-functional partnership, the ability to appropriately manage many priorities at once, and a commitment to an exceptional customer experience in the digital domain.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Maintain fiosinc.com and discoveryresources.org in keeping with company strategy, key messages, products and services.
•Plan, design and execute cost-effective online contact acquisition and conversion programs that meet audience expectations for value, convenience and timeliness. This includes formulating budgets, establishing timelines and forecasting results.
•Manage backend operations to ensure programs are executed effectively (creation of urls, promo keys, registration pages, etc.)
•Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive SEO strategy that builds Fios’ online presence.
•Develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive SEM strategy that builds Fios’ online presence.
•Create, coordinate, execute and track Fios’ social media posting schedule for company blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc….
•Measure, analyze and report monthly on the effectiveness of online marketing activities.
•Monitor web site usage trends and make strategy and/or content change recommendations as warranted.
•Execute online media buys.
•Manage expenses to budget.
•Request and review proposals from online related vendors and negotiate appropriate terms in support of marketing plans.
•Work with in-house marketing team and outside vendors to write and design site content, ads, landing pages, emails, etc…

QUALIFICATIONS:
•4+ years of online marketing or related industry experience required.
•Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field, preferred.
•At least 2 years hand-on experience formulating and implementing SEM, SEO and PPC marketing programs required.
•Ability to code HTML.
•Proficient in Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
•Previous work experience with open source content management systems, particularly Wordpress and Drupal.
•Familiar with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua, and integrations with website and sales automation tools.
•Demonstrated experience using web analytics tools (Omniture and/or Google Analytics), and SEM tracking tools.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications necessary.
•Experience with social media marketing strategies and tools to build audience stickiness and promote products.
•Experience in writing for web, and designing for advertising.
•Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
•Ability to identify, troubleshoot and fix technical issues or bugs.
•Project management and creative thinking skills desired.
•Ability to motivate and work with and through others to achieve goals.
•Be prepared to show portfolio of work during interview.
